Half Day Petchaburi Palace

 

Description Duration Air-conditioned transport takes us to the provincial capital of Petchburi, a mere 50 minutes ride, where we visit the magnificent mountain temple of Khao Wang, the Summer Residence of King Mongkut (Rama IV). We then explore the Khao Luang Cave, housing 170 revered Buddha statues. Next stop is the stunning Khmer architecture at Wat Kamphaeng Laeng. Another attraction is Petchburi's commanding main temple, Wat Mahathat. A stroll around Petchburi town concludes the tour. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. 5 - 6 hours
