Full Day Mae Hong Son

 

Description Duration Depart from Chiang Mai International Airport for a short flight to Mae Hong Son to visit the Padong village of the Long Neck Karen people, followed by a boat trip on the Pai River. A visit to an elephant training camp for an approximate one hour ride on the back of a jumbo follows. After lunch, a visit to the temples of Wat Phra Thad Doi Kong Mu and Wat Jong Klang ends a perfect day. The flight back to Chiang Mai takes 30 minutes.
