Duration |
| From Chiang Rai boat pier, we travel by long-tail boat
for approximately 1.5 hours on the Maekok River to Baan
Ruam Mitra, a traditional Karen hill tribe village. We
then return by boat to Chiang Rai for lunch at a local
restaurant. The tour continues by car to Chiang Sean,
a 700-year-old city. We then visit the exact sport where
Thailand, Laos and Myanmar (formerly known as Burma) meet,
known worldwide as The Golden Triangle. The last stop
is at Mae Sai, a trading town on the Thai-Myanmar border. |
