| 3 Days River Kwai / Mountain Biking & Canoeing Tour |

DAY 1 : BANGKOK – KANCHANABURI (L, D)
Pick-ups from Bangkok hotels and drive to Kanchanaburi. First stop is
the JEATH Museum, an attraction that details the life of a POW through
photos and letters. We also stop at the War Cemetery containing the graves
of Allied prisoners of WWII and then visit the famous ”Bridge over the
River Kwai”. We then travel by train along the original ‘’Death Railway’’
track for a one hour ride to Wang Po station, passing over the wooden
viaduct. On arrival at Wang Po station, lunch will be served at a local
restaurant. We then continue in a long-tailed speedboat from the Resotel
boat pier, passing through beautiful scenery along the way. We arrive
at the River Kwai Resotel, check-in at the resort, and then visit the
nearby ethnic Mon Tribal Village. In the evening a set dinner will be
served, followed by a 40-minutes traditional Mon Dance performed by local
villagers. Overnight at the River Kwai Resotel.
DAY 2 : KANCHANABURI (B, L, D)
American Breakfast at the rafts. We then get active as we leave the resort
on modern mountain bikes and cycle through the magnificent jungle of the
surrounding national park. We end at the riverbank of the Kwan Noi River,
where we leave our bikes and board canoes and gently paddle to the River
Kwai Jungle Rafts for lunch. We then paddle back to the Resotel for an
afternoon of leisure, such as swimming in the pool, sunbathing or enjoying
a Thai massage. Dinner and overnight at the River Kwai Resotel.
DAY 3 : KANCHANABURI - BANGKOK (B, L)
American Breakfast at the Resotel, followed by an early morning walk in
the jungle follows, with a climb up to the Kaeng Lava Cave to explore
the magnificent stone formations in one of the most beautiful caves in
Thailand. We return back to the resort for a healthy lunch. Then check
out of the resort and transfer back from the main boat pier back to arrive
in Bangkok in the late afternoon.
