DAY 1 : CHIANG MAI – MAE HONG SON (L, D)
Departure from Chiang Mai hotel to Chiang Mai International Airport for flight TG 190 (10:00 - 10:35 hrs). Arrival at Mae Hong Son airport and transfer to hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, we take a half-day city and temple tour in and around Mae Hong Son, with a visit to the impressive Phra Thad Doi Kong Moo Temple, located high in the mountains with stunning views. Dinner and overnight at Mae Hong Son Hotel

DAY 2 : MAE HONG SON (B, L, D)
American breakfast at hotel before setting out on a full-day soft adventure and culture tour. This itinerary includes an exciting long tailed boat trip on the Pai River, an elephant ride (approx. 1 hour) through the jungle and the highlight of the day, a visit to the Long Necked Karen Hill Tribe. These women wear brass rings around their elongated necks, hence the nickname “Giraffe Women”. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. We then visit the Maew Microwave Hill Tribe, named after the big radio-antenna, located in their village. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3 : MAE HONG SON – CHIANG MAI (B)
American breakfast at hotel followed by a visit to the morning market in Mae Hong Son, with time free to stroll around the town. No lunch included. Transfer from hotel to Mae Hong Son Airport for departure TG flight TG to Chiang Mai International Airport. (No transfers included from CNX Apt).
