About the Company:

TAM operates direct flights to 49 airports in Brazil and 19 airports in South America, The United States and Europe. Through agreements with other airlines, the network is extended to a total of 93 domestic airports and 87 international airports, including destinations in Asia. In March 2011, the domestic market share was 41.8% compared to other Brazilian airlines that operating routes in Brazil. Among the Brazilian Airlines that operates international routes, TAM has 86.1% of the marketing share being the leading Brazilian airline with international operations.

With the largest passenger aircraft fleet in the country (153 aircraft), TAM is always in search of making the air travel more accessible to the general public.

TAM was also the first Brazilian airline to offer a loyalty program, TAM Fidelidade, and with the extended network of Multiplus Fidelidade, nowadays the company has 8 million members. Also the airline is part og the Star Alliance, the world's largest airline alliance, making the company part of a global networking that serves 1,160 destinations in 180 countries.
